At Nurse Couture, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be in original condition – unworn, undamaged, odor-free, and with all original tags attached.
• Be returned in original packaging when possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Visit the Returns & Exchange section on the homepage.
2. Enter your order number and email address to access the return form.
3. Complete the form with all required details.
4. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
5. Securely pack your item and return it to the shipping carrier listed on the label or in the email.

For Exchanges: Be sure to include the item name, color, and size you're requesting in exchange so we can process it quickly.

Shipping, Tracking & Carrier Notes

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• All Nurse Couture packages are insured.

Please understand that inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays.
If your package is lost, missing, or stolen, it must be reported directly to the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. The carrier will guide you through the process to file a claim if necessary.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your return status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, custom or personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team at info@shopnursecouture.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if available. We’ll take care of the rest.
